This pizza is made for children who are unable to eat large pizzas.
With many toppings. This was a favorite of my baby girl, who also enjoyed it. This is a simple recipe that you can make for your child.
Ingredients
1 slice of bread
1 tbsp grated cheddar
1 tsp chopped capsicum
1 tsp chopped tomato
1tbsp tomato ketchup
One pinch of black pepper
Salt, a pinch
Method
Slice bread into any shape you like
Spread ketchup over it.
Sprinkle tomatoes and capsicums.
Sprinkle salt and pepper, then add cheese.
Bake at 175 Celsius for 7-8 minutes until the cheese melts.
