Pear Banana Crumble
This recipe is delicious and simple. Simply make crumble dough and chop the fruits. Then, place it in the oven. If you eat the spoon warm, you will taste heaven without having to use a lot of ingredients.
1.5 cups pear chopped
1 banana chopped
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup +2tblsp brown Sugar
4 tblsp chilled butter chopped
A pinch of cinnamon
2 tblsp chopped almonds
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Add flour, sugar, and chopped butter to a large bowl. Mix this together with your hands to make crumbs.
Mix everything well. Mix all ingredients together.
Spread the chopped pears in a pan. Spread the banana on top. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over it.
Sprinkle flour mixture over it, covering all corners and pieces.
Bake for between 30-35 minutes until your flour mixture turns a brown color.
Before you take it out of the oven, taste the flour using a spoon. The flour should taste well cooked.
Slice into small pieces and serve with custard or ice cream.
Cooking tip: This is a crumble, so don’t expect to cut very fine pieces. You can transfer the crumble to mugs and add caramel sauce.
